The 5164R is the Aquanaut with a dual-time complication added: LOCAL and HOME hour hands track two time zones, with independent day/night indicators at 9 and 3 and a pointer-date function. The travel-time mechanism is operated by two pushers on the left of the case — a Patek convention that keeps the right-hand side clean. The chocolate brown embossed dial pairs naturally with the rose-gold case and matching composite strap. Production volume on the 5164R is significantly lower than the time-only 5167; allocation at authorised dealers has been functionally closed for several years.
