- How do I buy a watch from WindItUp?
- Submit the enquiry form with the reference, model and any specifics (dial, year, paper). We respond within 24 hours with what's in the safe and what we can source. Payment is by bank transfer or escrow. The watch is shipped insured and signed-for, or hand-carried by arrangement.
- Do you sell wholesale to other dealers?
- Yes. Toggle the form to Trade and tell us the reference. Trade pricing requires verified company information and we'll typically reply within 12 working hours. NDA is available on request.
- Where do you ship to?
- Worldwide, with primary corridors in the UK, Switzerland, the UAE, the United States, Singapore, Hong Kong, and most of the EU. Insurance, customs and export documentation are included.
- Are your watches authenticated?
- Every piece is opened, inspected and authenticated by our in-house authenticator before it leaves the safe. We do not resell pieces we cannot stand behind. Authenticity is unconditionally guaranteed.
- Why is pricing not published on the site?
- Off-market pricing changes weekly and depends on the configuration, condition, and paper. Publishing a number we'd then have to revise within seven days isn't useful to you. We quote on enquiry within 24 hours.
